Where do you ship?

We ship our products globally, meaning we deliver everywhere around the world.

 

Who are your logistics partner?

We use FEDEX / Bluedart /UPS INTERNATIONAL as our main logistics partners. All shipping parcels are completely trackable, and domestic delivery takes place approximately within 3-4 working days (5-10 working days in selected countries) from the moment in which the order leaves the warehouse. Usually depends on where you live, the time it may take for your order delivery may vary.  

 

Is COD Option available?

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) is not available.

 

How much does shipping cost?

All our orders across India will be delivered free of cost. For other countries you can refer our checkout page to see the exact delivery estimate. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, vary, currency rates and the shipping destination. 

 

How much is tax? 

The prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes.

For International customers the shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable. If an international customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the shipping agency, then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

 

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes place approximately within 3-4 working days (5-6 working days in selected countries) from the moment in which the order leaves the warehouseFor all orders, delivery timelines are mentioned in the Product information section. You can always keep track of the delivery status via the tracking number which will be shared to you once your order is dispatched. 

  • When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
  • On the same day, you will receive a courier tracking number by e-mail.
  • We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

     

    Can I trace my package?

    Absolutely, all shipped orders are completely trackable. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.     What is your return policy?

    Made-to-order pieces once placed cannot be cancelled, as we have to go through extra steps to process your high-value order.

    Once delivered, our refund policy lasts 2 days, ie., you notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the goods to your address. If 48 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you and in the same condition that you received it.

     

    Can sale items be returned and refunded?

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

     

    Can an ordered item be cancelled?

    Once ordered, our cancellation policy lasts 2 days, ie., you notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do a full refund.

     

    How do I arrange a return?
